Marketsworld.com has been a binary options trading broker for a few years now. They are licensed, but not a binary options trading license, their license is from a gambling commission.
In this review, I will explain more about Marketsworld, including the company’s history, terms and conditions, if they offer a demo account and mobile trading and lastly, I will provide my opinion on whether Marketsworld is a scam. Feel free to offer your opinion too in the comments area at the end of this review.

MarketsTheWorld Ltd created Marketsworld.com from their headquarters in the Isle of Man in Great Britain. At the same time of creation, they also gained a license for the binary options trading business from GSC. No, not from CySEC, but from GSC which stands for Gambling Supervision Commission. So essentially, Marketsworld is not a binary options broker, they are a binary options casino.
Is being an online gambling site bad? We must look at this with an open mind… at least they are licensed and regulated. Just consider how many binary options brokers are not licensed or regulated.
MarketsTheWorld Ltd started Marketsworld in 2011. When they created the site, they immediately filed for licensing with GSC.
For the most part, the company has not changed how Marketsworld operates. Using a Proprietary Platform, they allow low deposits starting at just $20, and traders can make trades as low as $1. Marketsworld’s assets consist of 8 currency pairs, 3 commodities and 5 indices.
Marketsworld Terms And Conditions
In researching Marketsworld’s terms and conditions, I found these important aspects:
- The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse and/or cancel services to anyone for any reason.
- Persons with insider knowledge of any financial market or instrument are prohibited from trading at this site
- MarketsWorld provides its customers with real-time streaming prices or quotes by collecting and aggregating information sourced through independent price providers, relevant exchanges and interbank authorities who supply liquidity and information to the global forex and futures market.
- In case of accounts with no activity, Marketsworld can charge $30 per month.
These are just some of the terms and conditions. It is wise to review all terms before creating an account with any binary options trading broker.
Marketsworld Withdrawal and Bonus Terms and Conditions
In the Marketsworld terms and conditions, there is not much information on withdrawal or bonus terms. It does state that withdrawals will be paid to the same method the deposit was made, and traders will have to provide the needed information to guarantee their identity. This normally means a copy of a photo identification, a bank statement or bill showing the trader’s address and copies of the credit card/s used with numbers blacked out.
Marketsworld has no information about how much an individual has to trade when he/she has accepted a bonus. Before accepting a bonus, it is wise to find out the volume you will have to trade before you can withdraw.
Marketsworld Demo Account
I mentioned earlier that there is very little binary trading educational material at Marketsworld, but they do have a free demo account you can use to try out the trading system. This will allow you to test trading methods with “play” money before you actually trade for real. Once you deposit real money though, your demo account will be void, but you can open a different demo account under a different email address.
Marketsworld On Mobile
Marketsworld does also offer a mobile application so you can trade while you are on the go. You can get the Apple based application at the Apple App Store, and Android based at the Google Playstore.
Marketsworld Scam Watch
The good part with Marketsworld is they are licensed and regulated through the Isle of Man Gambling Supervisor Commission. I will not say they are a scam, but there have been many complaints of what seems to be deceptive practices.
Some traders have claimed that Marketsworld uses false signals and I decided to test this out. In the terms, it says the company gets their information from a variety of sources. Using a company that I know has reliable market figures, I opened 2 tabs in my computer. I deposited the minimum of $20 in Marketsworld and made the same exact trades.
In 5 cases, I lost trades on Marketsworld that I won at the other binary options broker. The $20 disappeared quickly, but I actually made a nice profit at the other site…and I made the same trades, at the same time.
I suggest that you be cautious trading with Marketsworld. Their system seems suspicious.
