One of the most popular and competitive trading platform is the Metatrader. Even if you are a binary options trader, due to the fact that the majority of the asset classes to trade on any respectable binary options broker is represented by currency pairs, then looking at the commercially available platforms for identifying your possible entries is not a bad plan.
Metatrader 4 is offered by the majority of currency brokers and the platform is easy to install and use. Trading binary options does not imply one should have a live account with a currency broker as many of them offer the Metatrader as a demo as well. So what one should do is actually go and Google the free demo Metatrader and in a couple of minutes the access to the trading platform is granted.
Under the Metatrader platform, as the recording that comes with this sub chapter shows, look for the Insert tab on the top of the screen, then Indicators tab, and under the oscillators you will find the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo. Clicking on it (after you opened a chart before of course) and the default parameters/settings appear: 9 for Tenkan, 26 for Kinjun and 52 for Senkou B. These are the default settings and, according to the one that developed the indicator, they should not be modified.
The recording that comes with this sub-chapter shows you exactly how to apply the Ichimoku indicator on a chart and how to use the setting, colors, preferences, etc., and the purpose is to get you familiar with the indicator’s components.
